The Cross Barn
The Cross Barn - The Kitchen Funded by the Loddon and Test LEADER Programme, the kitchen has been completely modernised. The equipment and services have been upgraded and the layout remodelled.

In addition to a gas double-oven range there is also a hot water boiler, a catering fridge, a freezer, two warming cupboards, a microwave and an industrial dishwasher. There is also a double food preparation sink, a separate hand washing sink and 12 electrical sockets.

This fully equipped kitchen has crockery and cutlery for 100 place settings. A fire blanket and a fire extinguisher are also located in the kitchen. There is a large electrically operated serving hatch opening onto the Great Hall.
