All bookings must finish at 11.00pm in accordance with our licence

Terms: £40 deposit (or full amount if £50 or less), £100 deposit for weekend and large events - balance due 6 weeks before the start of the hire. Cautionary deposit £100 (£200 for weekend bookings and large events), refundable subject to conditions of hire being met.

£15 administration fee on all cancellations; full hiring fee with less than 2 weeks' notice; half hiring fee with less than 4 weeks' notice.

| Premises Licence: The Cross Barn is licensed under the Licencing Act 2003. This facility may be used by arrangement with the manager and agreement of the licensee - fee £15.
